Many EMS-related professions are now requiring a bachelor's or master's degree to make the move into administration, so why not get that done right here at EIU? Our community college partner Lake Land College offers an online Fire Management program, and all of those hours can be counted toward your degree at EIU. Lake Land also offers a CoAEMSP-accredited Paramedic program. Are you an EMS professional who needs to complete your degree for career advancement? Our COMPLETELY ONLINE BS degree completion program is for you! All required courses, and a broad selection of the electives are taught ONLINE on a rotating schedule. Transfer in your EMS-related courses, and we will count them toward degree completion. If earning your master's degree is on your radar, too, and you have 3.25 cumulative GPA, then check out the Accelerated MS program. Students who apply and qualify can take up to 9 s.h. of graduate courses during their senior year, and count those 9 hours toward completion of BOTH their BS and their MS degrees.
