Using the P-Card to Purchase Equipment

If you use your P-Card to purchase an item of equipment, please send a copy of the invoice along with a completed equipment form which includes the make, model, serial number, room number and building, custodian and equipment managers name(s), to Mike Hutchinson in the Business Office.
