- Verne Stockman Graduate Scholarship in Educational Technology ((a) Current certified teachers who are returning to Eastern Illinois University to complete a Master’s degree and plan to return to the teaching profession (b) Students who are pursuing graduate education and plan to pursue a career as a teacher)
