SRC/Groniger - Padovan Pool: The Pool is closed when the SRC is closed. 

ALL Equipment is checked out from the SRC office and must be returned by closing time of the same day.

(1) Athletic events will take priority. (2) Except when classes are in session. 

GENERAL INFORMATION: 

The Informal Recreation schedule is effective August 19, 2024, through May 9, 2025, and is subject to change. Facilities/Facility Areas may be closed to accommodate maintenance projects or operate at abbreviated hours when classes are not in session. Facilities will be closed Monday, Sept 2; Saturday, Nov 23 - Saturday, Nov 30; Saturday, Dec 14 - Sunday, Dec 15; Saturday, Dec 21 - Wednesday, Jan 1, 2025; Monday, Jan 20; Saturday, March 15 - Saturday, March 22; Saturday, May 10 - Sunday, May 11; Check for updated schedule information by calling 581-2820 or Campus Rec social media (Facebook, X, & Instagram). Sports equipment is available for daily check-out at the SRC Office. The Padovan Pool will be closed when the Student Rec Center is closed and for the summer.  

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

1. All participants must possess a current Panther Card.
2. Informal Recreation facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with challenge and shared-usage rules that apply when necessary.
3. Secure all personal belongings. Campus Recreation is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
4. Food or drink is allowed in the Lobby area only.

About The Student Recreation Center

The Student Recreation Center is a 6.4 million dollar, 70,500 square-foot, air-conditioned facility. The SRC opened in the Fall of 1991.

The SRC has:

• Six basketball courts, which may also be used as volleyball, and badminton courts, and Court 6 is enclosed for soccer, dodgeball, kickball, and wiffleball.
• A 1/8 mile suspended jogging track, and three multi-purpose areas for aerobic dance sessions, martial arts, or other activities.
• Two Free-weight areas.
• The cardio area upstairs includes Elliptical trainers, Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, Power Mills,  Rower, a bag boxing area, TreadWall climbing machine, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength machines, Circuit Express (10), 2 Stretching areas with Medicine Balls and exercise balls.
• Student lounge with a big-screen television.
• 32 Security Cameras

• Disc Golf Course
• 8 Outdoor Basketball Courts
• 6 Tennis Courts
