1. Complete the online Course Information Form by the deadline date

• 1 credit = 15 fifty min. sessions or 12.5 sixty min. or 1 weekend class

  Note: Instructors are required to teach for the entire session

• special courses

• graduate courses

2. Complete the Copy Request Form (mandatory 7-days in advance)
