Mid-America College Art Association Open Call: 2025 Juried Hybrid Exhibition

Flyer for call; text reads: Exhibition Opens Nov. 14, 2025. Call for Art Submissions due May 31, 2025, 11:59pm est. "At Hand, At Present: Collage and the practice of Making Do"

Submission Deadline: Saturday, May 31, 2025, 11:59pm EST

The Mid-America College Art Association (MACAA) invites all artists to submit their work to be considered for the 2025 Juried Hybrid Exhibition, juried by guest artist and editor, Nick Larsen. This hybrid exhibition will be a virtual show hosted on the MACAA website, with an option to exhibit work in-person in the gallery at the Tarble Arts Center on the campus of Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. Applicants may choose if they want their work to be considered for the in-person and virtual exhibition, or the virtual option only. Because of the virtual component, we hope to encourage participation in which distance or shipping costs won't be a barrier for inclusion. We encourage all to apply, including students, grad students, independent artists, and university faculty.
