The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) at Eastern Illinois University

Purpose

The NSLS, or National Society of Leadership and Success, is a leadership honor society. Its purpose is to build leaders who make a better world. It achieves this by providing a variety of programs and resources that help students develop their leadership skills and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Programs and Activities

The NSLS on campus provides members with a range of opportunities, including:

• Leadership Development: Members participate in a structured program that includes an orientation, a leadership training day, and speaker broadcasts featuring prominent leaders from various fields.

• Networking: The society offers a platform for students to connect with like-minded peers, faculty, and professionals. These connections can lead to mentorship, internships, and job opportunities.

• Scholarships and Awards: NSLS members are eligible to apply for exclusive scholarships and awards to help them fund their education and recognize their achievements.
