Subject: PantherMail Trash Folder to be Emptied
On January 5, 2011 all mail in your PantherMail ‘Trash’ folder, older than 15 days, will be purged from the system. From this point on, all mail older than 15 days in your ‘Trash’ folder will be purged. This action will allow ITS to minimize the footprint of the PantherMail system, cut cost and further secure the email system.
