Subject: Your Voice Matters! Participate in EIU's Climate Survey Starting October 14th
Dear EIU Students, Faculty, and Staff,
I am pleased to announce that today, October 14, 2024, marks the launch of the EIU Climate Survey! I encourage you to take part in this important initiative. This survey will be available for 23 days, and I urge each of you to use this opportunity to make your voice count.
Your participation is crucial. The results of this survey will provide us with valuable insights and feedback, which will directly inform the work of the Belonging, Access, and Equity Council (BAEC) as we develop EIU's Diversity Strategic Plan. The themes that emerge from the survey will help guide our efforts to enhance inclusion, belonging, and engagement throughout our university community.
We want to make this process is as engaging as possible, so we will be holding random drawings for prizes at the conclusion of the survey window. Separate drawings will be held for students, faculty, and staff participants, so there will be opportunities for everyone to win.
