Subject: Teams Voice - Transferring Calls
EIU has started the phased rollout of team's voice to campus.
During the rollout, it is important that any department that is now on team's voice that wishes to transfer a call MUST transfer to the 217-581 number. Do not transfer by name, if that individual is not licensed, they cannot receive the incoming call.
Once the entire deployment is completed and all of campus is on teams voice, this will no longer be an issue.
