Subject: VMware VDI Maintenance – December 21-22
Information Technology Services will be performing software maintenance on the virtual desktop environment (VMware VDI) beginning at 8:00AM on December 21, 2015 and continuing into December 22, 2015. Users will experience periods of time when connectivity to the virtual desktops is not available during the maintenance. Connectivity to all virtual desktops supported by ITS will be affected by this process.
