Subject: Password Change Process for Windows Users
Information Technology Services has discovered that changing your EIU password via Control+Alt+Delete (Ctrl+Alt+Del), on your Windows computer, is not updating your password across all EIU applications. To improve consistency across your EIU accounts, when you change your EIU password, you will need to go to https://password.eiu.edu . The function of changing your password via Ctrl+Alt+Del will be disabled on October 28, 2015.
