Limited Student COVD Vaccines Available April 20

The Coles County Health Department has a limited number of Pfizer COVID vaccines available on April 20 for EIU students residing in Coles County.

Only students who currently reside or live in Coles County and note a Coles County Zip Code will be approved. This includes students who live on-campus. Students who commute from another county are not eligible.

Students receiving this vaccine should make sure that they will be in Coles County or able to return to Coles County get their second Pfizer vaccine after May 10.

The registration link indicates that the appointments are reserved for 16- and 17-year-olds, but EIU student appointments will be honored. 

Vaccines will be administered Tuesday, April 20 at Sarah Bush Lincoln in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education (1000 Health Center Dr., Mattoon, IL 61938), located on the north side of the Health Center. Follow the signs for Entrance C. Transportation will not be provided.
