Select the "Add New" button in the top right then select "Media Upload" from the drop-down list. This will open a new window.
Drag and drop the MP4 file into the center of this window, or click the "Choose a file to upload" button to browse your computer for the MP4 file.
Once you have selected a file, the upload process will begin. Depending on the file size and your internet connection, this could take several minutes or even a few hours.
Once the upload has been successful, you will be presented with a new screen.
Enter a name, description, and tag for your recording. You must enter these items to publish your video.
