Office of Civil Rights & Diversity Welcomes New Assistant Director Patricia Culpepper

The Office of Civil Rights and Diversity is pleased to welcome Patricia Culpepper as the new Assistant Director of Civil Rights and Diversity. Patricia has over 18 years of experience working in higher education.  Her background includes serving as a student conduct hearing officer, academic advisor, chair of academic standards, and adjunct instructor.  Patricia comes to EIU from the sunny state of Florida and will join the OCR team this October.  Much appreciation is extended to the search committee for their hard work and dedication in executing this search.
