Prof. Candra Chahyadi, Ph.D., MBA, CFA, CAIA is a Professor of Finance at Lumpkin School of Business, Eastern Illinois University, USA.

Dr. Chahyadi got his Ph.D. in finance from the University of Oklahoma, USA in 2008. He is currently serving as an Editorial Board member of the International Journal of Governance and Financial Intermediation. He is also serving as the Research Coordinator of Asset Pricing and Investments at the Indonesian Finance Association.

Dr. Chahyadi is currently focused on financial inclusion, financial capability, investments and he has been involved in many financial inclusion projects in Hong Kong, Turkey, and Indonesia. He is also a chartered professional both in financial analysis and in alternative investments. 

Dr. Chahyadi has published 3 personal finance books (all are in Bahasa Indonesia): Revolusi Uang (2015), Financial Wisdom for Your Kids (2016), and I Spend U Spend (2019). He also created and co-created 3 financial board games. Finally, he has an online finance learning platform that makes learning accessible to a wider audience owning a smartphone.
