Residence Halls and Greek Court rates include both a standard Double room and the corresponding meal plan. Once the Housing Down Payment of $100 has been paid, the remainder of the room and board charges will be billed in early August for the Fall semester and early December for the Spring semester. The 2024-2025 academic year rates are as follows:

• $5260.00 - 7 PLUS PLAN = 7 Dining Meals Each Week, plus $200 Dining Dollars and 2 bonus meals per semester
• $5494.00 - 10 PLUS PLAN = 10 Dining Meals Each Week, plus $60 Dining Dollars and 3 bonus meals per semester
• $5702.00 - 12 PLUS PLAN = 12 Dining Meals Each Week, plus $100 Dining Dollars and 4 bonus meals per semester
• $5931.00 - 15 PLUS PLAN = 15 Dining Meals Each Week, plus $140 Dining Dollars and 5 bonus meals per semester 
• $6260.00 - UNLIMITED PLUS PLAN = Unlimited Dining Meals Each Week, plus $150 Dining Dollars and 6 bonus meals per semester

Room Upgrade Costs 

• Double as Single – Additional $950 per semester
• Deluxe Double – Additional $475 per student, per semester
• Triple as Double – Additional $725 per student, per semester for Andrews and Lawson. 

Cost Comparison with Off-Campus

Rates for the 2025-2026 Academic Year are approved at the Board of Trustees Meeting in April.
