Serving on the EIU Advancement leadership team, this position is responsible for the development and execution of advancement guidelines and procedures including, but not limited to, data integrity, gift acceptance, counting and reporting standards, prospect management, naming and recognition, donor recognition and acknowledgment, endowment reporting, and professional development.
Eastern Illinois University invites applications for two full-time Director of Development positions. These positions, reporting to the Vice President for University Advancement {VPUA}, will secure private support for EIU in alignment with the funding priorities outlined by the Vice President of Advancement and the assigned college or unit. The successful candidates will be collaborative and innovative team members who, through strategic work and relationship building, will help EIU grow our donor pipelines and the philanthropic landscape at EIU.
