Banner Access Request Form
Starting Fall 08 semester all faculty will have to fill out a student access request form for Banner. This will give you access to view student information in Self Serve Banner such as viewing rosters, and posting grades. You can find this form and instructions for this process at the following site:

Booth Library

NOTE: Faculty will be sent a temporary library number for students who cannot access their number each semester.
