2025 Eastern Music Camp Merit Scholarship Application Form

Please be aware of the following guidelines:
• One recommendation form submitted by a music teacher is required for scholarship consideration. Please send them the link on the EMC website: www.eiu.edu/emc
• Scholarship and recommendation forms must be completed by April 11, 2025.
• Please provide an email address below that is checked regularly. Notification of scholarship awards will be emailed to the address provided on or before April 21, 2025.
• This form does not register the student for camp. Registration must be postmarked or submitted online on or before June 1, 2025, though you can lock in early bird pricing by registering by May 15, 2025 (full payment not required at time of registration).
