If your request is denied, you may appeal the decision with the Lumpkin College of Business and Technology Dean. Contact your certification officer, Tiffany Swalls (taswalls@eiu.edu), about additional information you may be required to submit for appeal consideration. Keep in mind, unless unique considerations warrant it, the appeal will not be granted if you do not meet the criteria above or the established deadline for submitting your request. The decision of the dean's office is final.
