2025 EIU Student Health & Wellness Symposium

We are excited you would like to be a participant this year. There is no charge to be an exhibitor at the event, the only stipulation is that products cannot be sold at the event and that your booth is related to the dimensions of health/wellnesss. Additionally, no methods of health interventions that involve federally illegal drugs can be marketed (i.e. medical cannabis) due to federal regulations. We encourage exhibitors to provide and hand out information and/or samples of products. The event will serve students here on campus at EIU.

This year's health fair will take place on October 2nd from 11 AM- 3 PM in the MLK Jr Student Union's University Ballroom.
