This form is used to establish your ISBE ELIS account. This is the account you will use to acquire your license, register your license, and report professional development hours for license renewal. Associated with the account will be a personal IEIN number. Keep this number in a secured location.

Completion Steps *
1. Select continue; YOu will go through a couple of screens to submit, edit, and confirm your information. 2. When you reach the final screen, you will see an IEIN number, write that number down and store it somewhere that you can find it as this is a number you will use to register and renew your teaching license.
