Lida G. Wall Faculty Research Mentor Award
The Lida G. Wall Faculty Research Mentor Award is an annual honor bestowed on a faculty member in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences who has served as a research mentor to one or more undergraduate students during the last two years. The ideal candidate:
*Must be a tenured or tenure-track faculty member in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
*Must be recognized by both colleagues and students as being a dedicated, outstanding undergraduate research mentor and teacher.
*Must have been engaged in an active mentoring research role resulting in student publications and/or presentations during the last two years.
*Will be eligible for re-nomination four years after receiving the award.
